Your order will be effected by the payment, but please note that orders received before 11.00 hours (GMT+1; CET) will be delivered on the current working day and orders received after 11.00 hours (GMT+1; CET) will be delivered the same or the following working day, depending on the availability of flowers. We deliver every working day (Mon-Sat) from 8.00 – 21.00 (GMT+1; CET).

For the realization of online payment via credit card, please make sure that all the entered data are accurate and all the fields filled in correctly, according to the credit card you are using.

To enable us to process the orders paid by a transfer order, the customers have to place their order by telephone to the number 00 385 99 70 59 029, or by an e-mail. After we have received and accepted your order, please make the payment and send a copy of the payment receipt to our e-mail: info@cvjecarnabranka.hr. When we receive copy of your payment receipt, we will send you the bill to your e-mail address. The bill is valid without the signature and the stamp, because it is issued as an electronic one.
Please note that in this manner, the delivery can follow either on the following working day, or after the payment receipt has reached us under the Terms of use.
